A Blockwork Orange

As if I don't have enough going on or enough learning under my belt.  The fun Flickr groups I'm finding will be the end of me this year.  I'm now officially in FOUR quilting online bee's and now trying a few swaps.  I tested my skills in a swap with the Kona solids swap. My second test is I'm part of A Blockwork Orange swap.

Not only do I get to sew some blocks, try out a new pattern, but I get electric blocks in return.  Okay it is also in ORANGE my current obsession.

We are using Elizabeth Hartman's free Crazy 9-patch tutorial.

Here is what I came up with!

Blockwork Orange Set

Yeah! And if the post office and the federal government actually have a budget I'll get these out of my house tomorrow.  Go me.

  1. These look interesting to do and easy since you don't have to match up seams. This would be a cool "Alice in Wonderland" crazy quilt. :-) You are giving me ideas for our next quilting day!
